Exchanges or Returns

Upon receipt of your order, the consumer may exercise the right of free termination (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14), by communicating the intention to terminate by filling out and sending part B of the annex to the aforementioned legal diploma via email or regular mail, or by filling out our return form. The intention to terminate must be accompanied by the delivery of the product to our physical store (or by regular mail to our address, with costs borne by the customer), in order for us to process the product return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Presentation of the product purchase invoice, dated no more than 14 days after purchase;
  • The product must be in the condition in which it was sold and retain all protective films and security seals intact.

The right of free termination does not apply in the following cases:

  • Personal hygiene products that have been used;
  • Products installed, activated, or customized according to customer specifications;
  • New sealed products that, once opened, can no longer be sold as new.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the refusal of the return or the application of a restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the consumer's decision to terminate the contract, ISELL & REPAIR will refund all payments made, including delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no costs incurred by the consumer as a result of the refund.

Warranty

All products benefit from a 3-year warranty period, in accordance with Article 12 of Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18. Consumables whose improper use results in their malfunction, such as batteries and accessories, have a warranty period of 30 days.

For wearable accessories, such as cases or glass protectors, the warranty only covers manufacturing or material defects, and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear of the product, or damage to other devices used simultaneously with the accessory.

The average time for repairing equipment under warranty is 3 to 5 business days, and in more complex situations, it should not exceed 30 days. If the product is not repairable, it will be replaced by a product of equivalent value, subject to stock availability. Collection and shipping costs are borne by ISELL & REPAIR only when a fault is found. Otherwise, a fee of €15.00 (VAT incl.) will be charged.

Exceptions to the warranty are:

  • All improper use, negligence or accidental damage (fall, liquid spill, accident, abuse, misuse), electrical voltage variations and overload above specified limits;
  • Cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
  • Breakage of internal security seals.

If the product is taken for repair and/or inspection by third parties, this will terminate the warranty. We are not responsible for the loss of data or information stored on it during the repair process.

How to activate the warranty

Repairs

Parts and components

Our priority is to ensure the quality and reliability of repaired equipment, using original parts whenever possible. When viable, we promote the reconditioning of these parts, preserving equipment performance and encouraging sustainable practices that align with the principles of the circular economy.

In cases where the use of original parts is not feasible, we collaborate with factories — mainly OEM — specialized in the production of high-performance and reliable parts and components. We ensure that all parts used, whether original or compatible, meet our high quality standards, ensuring reliable and long-lasting repairs.

Apple Technical Assistance

ISELL & REPAIR is not an Apple Inc. authorized service center and, therefore, cannot guarantee that the replacement of parts in Apple devices will be officially recognized by the iOS system in the device's Settings.

As of iOS 18, in most cases, the device's Settings may show an indication that the replaced part is genuine. However, we cannot guarantee that this indication will appear on all devices after replacement, as this depends exclusively on the software and is beyond our control.

IP Certification and Risk of Loss of Watertightness

Equipment with IP certification, related to dust and liquid resistance, may show loss of watertightness after intervention. This occurs because the original manufacturing conditions cannot be fully replicated in the repair process.

In interventions involving the replacement of components damaged by impact or other malfunctions, difficulties may arise in the ideal adjustment of new parts, due to possible pre-existing structural damage to the device, such as a deformed chassis. ISELL & REPAIR cannot guarantee perfect alignment in these circumstances, which may affect the integrity and watertightness of the equipment.

ISELL & REPAIR makes every effort to maintain manufacturing standards, including the maintenance and replacement of protective insulation against liquids and dust, as well as the implementation of systems to prevent liquid contamination.

Website Terms of Use

The user declares to possess full legal capacity, confirming to be 18 years of age or older at the time of placing orders through this website.

Prices, Payments and Availability

All information regarding prices, shipping costs, any exemptions, and payment methods is available on the website and can be consulted before finalizing any order.

Orders are only considered valid after confirmation of payment. ISELL & REPAIR does not guarantee the availability of items before order processing, and all orders are subject to manual confirmation.

The descriptions, images, and technical information provided on the website are for informational purposes only and are not binding, requiring confirmation. ISELL & REPAIR reserves the right to cancel orders and proceed with the corresponding refund whenever situations of unavailability, system error, human error, or inaccuracy in the advertised price occur.

Shipping and Delivery

Unless out of stock, orders are dispatched within the period indicated on the product page, after payment confirmation and only on working days. The average delivery time after dispatch is 1 to 2 business days.
ISELL & REPAIR is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to transport companies.

Abandonment of Equipment

In accordance with the provisions of Article 1267, no. 1, paragraph a), of the Civil Code, equipment not claimed by its owner within 90 (ninety) days from the date of its entry into ISELL & REPAIR's facilities is considered abandoned, ceasing any responsibility of the company regarding its custody, preservation, integrity, or destiny.

 

Arbitration Center and RAL (Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers)

In case of dispute, ISELL & REPAIR is subject to mandatory arbitration or mediation, regarding consumer disputes of low economic value (up to €5,000), when, by express choice, the consumer resorts to an authorized Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center. For an updated list of authorized arbitration centers, consult the Consumer Portal http://www.consumidor.gov.pt.

In case of cross-border consumer dispute resulting from online sales contracts, the consumer may resort to the European Consumer Centre, through the platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
