How long does it take to receive the money?
After we receive and validate the device (typically within 24 to 48 hours after it arrives at our technical centre), payment is made by bank transfer or MB WAY, on average 1 to 2 business days later.

Is the offer binding? Am I required to sell?
No. The online estimate is indicative and the final offer, after technical evaluation, is always presented for your approval. If you don't accept, we return the device at no cost.
How is payment made?
By bank transfer or MB WAY, your choice, straight to your account. Payment is processed after you accept the final offer.
