Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch: which to choose?
The choice depends on the smartphone you already use. The Apple Watch only works with iPhone — it's the natural choice for those in the Apple ecosystem looking for full integration with iOS, AirPods, iPhone and Mac. The Samsung Galaxy Watch works with any Android and delivers a smooth experience for Samsung Galaxy users and other Android smartphones.
GPS vs GPS + Cellular
GPS models rely on the phone for calls and data. GPS + Cellular models include their own eSIM and work standalone — ideal for sports, outdoor or work on the move. eSIM plan availability varies by carrier in Portugal.
Health, fitness and safety
Modern smartwatches include heart-rate monitoring, SpO2, activity sensors, health notifications and safety features like fall detection and emergency SOS. Apple Watch Ultra models add WR100 water resistance (recreational diving) and an 86 dB siren.

Refurbished smartwatches are available in three cosmetic grades — ISELL® PRIME (like new), Grade A (minimal signs of use) and Grade B (visible marks). Functionality and warranty are identical across all.
Refurbishment process
Every smartwatch goes through complete testing: display (including touch and physical controls), health sensors, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, speaker, microphone and charging. The battery is replaced whenever it doesn't meet the defined quality criteria.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch?
Apple Watch only works with iPhone and integrates into the Apple ecosystem (iOS, iCloud, AirPods). Samsung Galaxy Watch works with any Android smartphone and runs Wear OS with One UI Watch, focused on Samsung Galaxy integration and Google services.
Can I use an Apple Watch with Android?
No. Apple Watch is only compatible with iPhone. If you use Android, consider Samsung Galaxy Watch or other Wear OS smartwatches.
Can I swim with the smartwatch?
Yes. Apple Watch Series 2 onwards are water-resistant (WR50) and suitable for swimming (pool and open-water). Apple Watch Ultra models have WR100 for recreational diving. Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 has 5ATM + IP68 rating.
What is Always-On Display?
A feature that keeps the display visible with minimal info (time, activity) without needing to raise your wrist. Available on Apple Watch Series 5 onwards and on Samsung Galaxy Watch (AMOLED).
Is the battery replaced?
The battery is tested before sale. If it doesn't meet the defined quality criteria (cycle, capacity, battery life), it's replaced before the device ships.

3 years ISELL & REPAIR warranty in Portugal, covering performance defects not caused by misuse or physical damage.
