Every Galaxy goes through complete testing: display (including folding inner display on Z Flip/Fold), cameras, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, buttons, 5G / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth connectivity and charging. The battery is replaced when it doesn't meet the defined quality criteria.

Are refurbished Galaxies unlocked?
Yes. Every device ships unlocked for any mobile carrier in Portugal.
Is the folding display reliable on a refurbished Z Flip or Z Fold?
The inner folding display is specifically tested before sale. The hinge is checked for performance and integrity. Devices with visible wear or functional issues on the folding display are not approved for sale.
Does refurbished Galaxy support Galaxy AI?
Yes, on compatible models. Galaxy AI is available on S24, S25, S26 and Z Flip/Fold 6 and 7. Exact availability depends on the One UI version and manufacturer updates.
What's the difference between Galaxy S, S Plus and S Ultra?
The S base has a smaller screen and dual camera. The S Plus offers a larger display and better battery. The S Ultra adds S Pen, 200 MP main camera, 5x or 10x optical zoom and premium materials like titanium.
Can I use S Pen with the Z Fold?
Yes, on Galaxy Z Fold 3 onwards. The required S Pen is the S Pen Fold Edition (sold separately) — it's not compatible with S Pens from other lines.
