How it works

  4. The 1st instalment is charged automatically when your order ships.

With SeQura you get more flexibility: split into 3 interest-free instalments, or stretch up to 12 months with competitive rates. Ideal for larger purchases like a MacBook or top-of-the-range iPhone.

  • 3 months: 0% interest, 3 equal instalments with no extra cost
  • 6 months: monthly instalments at a reduced APR
  • 9 months: monthly instalments at a medium APR

  • 18 or older and resident in Portugal
  • Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card issued in Portugal
  • Card with at least 2 months until expiry
  • Mobile phone able to receive SMS (for verification)

How to choose between Klarna and SeQura?

  • If you prefer to pay interest-free and short-term, choose Klarna (3 months) or SeQura 3 months. Both are 0% interest.
  • If your purchase is higher-value and you prefer smaller instalments over a longer period, choose SeQura 6, 9 or 12 months. There's interest, but the monthly payment is more manageable.

Yes. You can split the cost of any product in our shop — iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung, accessories and repair services — with Klarna or SeQura, subject to the minimum order value of each solution.

Do I need to apply for credit separately?

No. The whole process takes place at checkout, in seconds. Approval is automatic and no documents are required.

Does Klarna or SeQura affect my credit history?

Both run a soft check at the time of purchase that does not usually affect your credit history if instalments are paid on time. Late or missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment fails (e.g. insufficient funds), Klarna or SeQura will automatically retry charging over the following days. Late fees may apply according to each provider's terms. For any doubts, contact Klarna or SeQura directly.

Can I pay early?

Yes. Both Klarna and SeQura allow you to pay early or settle the remaining balance before the due date, through your account or app.

Is the purchase the same as a regular purchase?

Yes. From our side, we receive the full amount immediately, so the order is processed, shipped and warranted like any other. The 3-year ISELL & REPAIR warranty applies as normal.

Can I pay for an iPhone repair in instalments?

Yes. iPhone repair services are also eligible for instalment payment via Klarna or SeQura, subject to each solution's minimum order value.
