We are ISELL & REPAIR: a Portuguese company specialising in refurbished technology and repair of Apple and Samsung devices. Since 2016 we've been helping people and businesses access the best technology at a fairer price — backed by 3 years of warranty and service from three physical stores in Portugal.

It all started with an idea

ISELL & REPAIR was founded in Torres Vedras, in 2016, by Pedro Marques (background in technology sales) and Cláudio Santos (technician specialising in repairs and micro-soldering). The idea was simple: give technology a second life. We started customer by customer, repair by repair — trust was built slowly, with everyone who walked into the shop.

Our story

  • 2016 — The beginning. We opened in Torres Vedras with the goal of giving technology a second life.
  • 2023 — Opening the megastore. We consolidated our various Torres Vedras stores into a single larger flagship on Rua Santos Bernardes.
  • 2025 — Growth and new stores. We opened in Lisbon (Av. Miguel Bombarda) and, at the end of the year, iPremium joined ISELL & REPAIR in Caldas da Rainha.
  • 2026 — The story continues. Ten years on, with more structure, more team and more future.

What we do

  • Refurbished technology sales — iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy and accessories, with 3-year warranty.
  • Device repair — screen, battery, cameras, connectors, chassis and complex repairs with micro-soldering.
  • iPhone trade-in and buy-back — we evaluate and purchase used iPhones, giving them a second life.
  • Accessories — chargers, cables, cases, earphones and peripherals from the best brands.

Our team

We're a young, dynamic team with experience across several areas: technicians specialised in repair and micro-soldering, product experts, marketers, managers, designers and software developers. We built our own ERP to precisely control every stage of the process — from technical inspection to shipping.

We offer a 3-year ISELL & REPAIR warranty in Portugal on every refurbished device — smartphones, laptops, tablets and smartwatches. The warranty covers performance defects, giving you complete confidence in your purchase.

We offer a 3-year ISELL & REPAIR warranty on all refurbished devices, covering performance defects not caused by misuse or physical damage.

How does your refurbishment process work?

Every device goes through a full technical inspection, functionality tests, battery replacement when needed, cleaning, factory reset and packaging in exclusive ISELL & REPAIR packaging. The process is controlled by our in-house ERP, developed by the team to ensure complete traceability of each unit.
