Can the battery be worn out or have less autonomy?
In all refurbishments, we ensure that the battery has a lifespan of over 85%, which corresponds to long-lasting autonomy similar to new iPhones.
Whenever we inspect a phone with a worn-out battery or less autonomy, we replace it with a new compatible battery. So you can rest assured: you'll never take home an iPhone with a worn-out battery!
Are the parts used in the process original?
Apple restricts repairs and the use of parts outside its authorized network, so it does not resell parts to third-party companies. Since iSell & Repair is not an authorized Apple service center, we cannot insert original parts into refurbished devices. However, we believe this does not compromise our work.
