The iPhone 11 is Apple's new golden child.
The apple brand has been criticized for taking few risks in the innovation of its smartphones—but the truth is that, no matter how bad they say it is, Apple continues to sell its products well, and the iPhone 11 could not be an exception.
As has happened with previous models, the iPhone 11 also comes with other versions of the same model (with better specifications, which also influences the price).
As is customary, Apple remains faithful to its robust design and seems unwilling to let go of it. In fact, this is one of the characteristics that most distinguishes the brand from the competition.
But not everything that matters stays on the outside; quite the opposite. There are new specifications to discover, namely the improvements to the cameras that the iPhone 11 includes.
iPhone 11 with camera improvements
The iPhone 11 cameras have been improved, largely due to the fierce competition Apple faces in this field—Samsung's cameras are among the best on the market, not to mention the partnership Huawei has established (and maintains) with Leica.
On the back, the iPhone 11 features two lenses (a wide-angle, with an f/1.8 aperture, and an ultra-wide-angle, with an f/2.4 aperture), both 12MP. So far, as we know, there aren't major improvements compared to the previous model, as Apple has focused more on other photography technologies—such as improvements to the Bokeh effect, night mode, stabilization, and also HDR technology.
The front camera, in turn, comes with TrueDepth technology, which improves focus when more than one person is in the selfie. This lens also has 12MP (with an f/2.2 aperture).
As has become customary for Apple, the iPhone 11 also includes one of the best image stabilizations on the market, ensuring the necessary quality in videos filmed in 4K.
The screen
As we stated at the beginning of this article, the iPhone 11's design and screen remain faithful to what Apple has been developing. Over the years, the screen bezels have been reduced and quickly gave way to the front notch, placed at the top of the screen—where the front camera is located.
The iPhone 11 has a 6.1-inch screen that never seems to end. The display is a Liquid Retina HD, with a resolution of 1792 x 828 pixels. The screen gains more space due to the absence of the home button, allowing the smartphone to be unlocked via Face ID.
The iPhone 11 follows the latest releases and is also dust and water resistant (with IP68 certification).
The processing
The performance and processing speed of iPhones are one of the reasons why this is one of users' favorite smartphones. The iPhone 11 remains true to the rule and shows significant improvements.
The processor is now an A13 Bionic, which, according to brand data, is 20 to 40% more powerful than the previous A12. In other words, this means that the iPhone 11 is capable of "handling" the simultaneous use of different applications while maintaining normal operation.
The A13 also features a 3rd generation Neural Engine which, along with other components, contributes to battery saving—one of Apple's Achilles' heels.
Memory and battery
In terms of capacity, the iPhone 11 comes with 4GB of RAM and is available in 3 internal memory versions: 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. As usual, there is no space to expand this storage via microSD.
The battery, in turn, has 3110 mAh and is equipped with Fast Charging technology, which allows it to charge 50% in 30 minutes. In addition to being able to charge the iPhone 11 conventionally, i.e., by cable, you can also do so using wireless charging. In practical terms, these values allow you to get a day of use without needing to charge the battery again.
The iPhone 11 is, therefore, an excellent bet if you are looking for a good smartphone that is currently below the maximum price on the market. For a lower price, you get a phone with top features.
