Apple Fitness+ is your new personal trainer
Until new information arrives, all indications are that the new Apple Fitness+ will only be available to Apple Watch users. The American company's new training program aims to give you complete and varied exercises, so you never lack motivation for your next workout.
Apple Fitness+: better than going to the gym
Apple developed this new program in conjunction with the world's best sports professionals—so there will be no shortage of excellence in your next training sessions.
The idea is for each user to find varied exercises, in sessions launched once a week, with new exercises so that users never get tired of a workout.

Integrated functionality with other apps
Apple Fitness+ will only arrive at the end of 2020, but until then, there are many new features you can discover that might, after all, convince you to join this program.
This new training program will be found within the Fitness app and will offer integration with Apple Music—which means you'll be able to train with your own playlist.
This launch will be available for both new devices and used iPhones.
Workout sessions launched weekly
Among the biggest advantages of Apple Fitness+ are the weekly releases. In other words, this means you'll be able to watch new videos every week—in sessions you can even do at home, ranging from high-intensity interval training to Yoga classes.
In addition to being able to track all your workout data from your Apple Watch (such as calories burned, workout time, and heart rate), you'll also be able to view them on a TV, iPad, or iPhone—depending on the device you're using to watch the classes.

Smart suggestions
As you complete a new workout, Apple Fitness+ gives you smart recommendations based on your latest completed sessions. This ensures that your exercise routine is always varied and that you never repeat a session.
Of course, the choice is yours, and the truth is you'll be able to choose sessions between 5 and 45 minutes, depending on your desire and your goal.
Apple Fitness+ arrives at the end of 2020 and will work as a subscription: $9.99/month (approximately €8.55) or $79.99/year (approximately €68.47). For those who buy the new Apple Watches, the first three months are completely free.
