Exchanges and returns
After receiving your order, under the right of free termination (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14), you may exchange or return it, provided the following conditions are met:
- Presentation of the product's purchase invoice, dated no more than 14 days after purchase;
- The product is in the condition in which it was sold and retains all protective films and security seals intact.
If any of these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. The right of free termination cannot be exercised in relation to the following products within the 14-day period:
- Used personal hygiene products;
- Products installed and/or customized according to customer specifications;
- Products that have been activated.
Warranties
All new products benefit from a 2-year warranty period; for used goods, this period is reduced to 12 months, in accordance with Article 5 of Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21. Consumables whose improper use leads to their malfunction, such as batteries and accessories, have a warranty period of 30 days.
For wearable accessories, such as cases or glass protectors, the warranty only covers manufacturing or material defects, and does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use, normal wear and tear of the product, or damage to other devices used simultaneously with the accessory.
Exceptions to the warranty are:
-Any improper use, negligence or accidental damage (fall, liquid spill, accident, abuse, misuse), electrical voltage variations and overload above specifications;
- Aesthetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken plastic.
If the product is taken for repair and/or inspection by third parties, this will terminate the warranty.
We are not responsible for the loss of data or information stored therein during the repair process.
How to claim the warranty
To initiate the warranty process, presentation of the purchase invoice is mandatory.
