What does refurbished mean at ISELL & REPAIR?
Refurbished is not the same as used. Every device goes through a complete technical verification before going on sale: cosmetic inspection, functional testing, component replacement when needed, software update and packaging in ISELL & REPAIR's exclusive packaging.

ISELL® PRIME, A and B grades
To balance cosmetic presentation and price, refurbished devices are available in three grades:
- ISELL® PRIME — premium presentation, no visible signs of use.
- Grade A — minimal signs of use, excellent overall look.
- Grade B — more visible wear marks, 100% functional.
Across all grades, functionality is identical and the 3-year warranty applies without distinction.

Can I return if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return, under Portuguese distance-selling law.
Are the devices unlocked?
Yes. Smartphones are delivered unlocked for any carrier. MacBook, iPad and Watch are delivered free of account restrictions (Apple ID / Samsung account), ready to set up.
