Apple Watch Pro: rumours point to a new range
After the Apple Watch Series 7, anything can happen. The brand's smartwatch is becoming increasingly advanced. Now, it features a display with very small bezels and more usable area for the wearer.
But, apparently, some rumors point to the creation of the Apple Watch Pro. If it exists, this will be the most advanced version of this smartwatch, which until now has only seen its "normal" version.
Will the Apple Watch Pro exist?
Unlike products like the iPhone 13, which are usually launched with a Pro version, the same has never happened with the Apple Watch. To date, the company has only referred to the watches according to the version announced: 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on.
Therefore, we cannot say that this would be an inappropriate or unfounded launch — quite the opposite. It is true that the discovery of the possible logo dates back to 2015. However, this does not mean that Apple will not revisit the idea it apparently had.
In fact, this was not the only discovery made. Among the files found by Apple Demo, there is another mystery: an "Apple Watch Sport" logo.
Just as the company never launched the "Pro" version of the Apple Watch, the same applies to this supposed "Sport" version.
Following the logic of each nomenclature, it would be expected that the company would invest in frankly more advanced components in the Apple Watch Pro, and in sport-focused functionalities in the Apple Watch Sport.
While, on the one hand, a "Premium" version of what we already know about the Apple Watch can be expected, on the other hand, we can count on more "sporty" accessories — such as silicone straps and even displays with more protection.
It is true that all this information is nothing more than rumors circulating on the internet. But it is also true that it would not be the first time that, after a rumor, the news would later be confirmed — something that happens very often.
Let's wait and see what Apple has in store for the Apple Watch in the coming years. We may or may not see new models, but it is certain that we have already anticipated possible features.
