How much does a repair at iSell & Repair cost?
The price depends on the equipment and the intervention. We repair iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, iMacs, Samsung Galaxy (S, A, Z and Note), Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco, among others, at competitive prices. Get a free quote using the configurator above to see the exact price for your model.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. You can set up the request online, view the indicative estimate, and schedule the pickup. All without paying anything upfront.
Which brands and models do you repair?
Apple: all iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and Apple Watch models. Samsung: Galaxy S, Galaxy A, Galaxy Z and Galaxy Note series. Xiaomi: Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco lines. If you cannot find your model in the configurator, please contact us.
What types of repair do you do?
We replace screens, replace batteries, repair charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, buttons (Home / Power / volume), chassis, wireless charging, Face ID / Touch ID, micro soldering on the motherboard, and offer full technical diagnostics.
How long does a repair take?
Most interventions are completed within 1 to 2 business days after equipment collection, depending on part availability. The configurator shows an estimated time for each repair type chosen, plus logistical collection and delivery time.
Do you offer home collection in Portugal?
Yes. We offer free collection and delivery in mainland Portugal. After you accept the quote, we will schedule collection at any address: Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Faro, or any other location.
Are the used parts original?
We work with Original (Service Pack or Refurbished) and Premium Compatible parts. Where options are available, you can choose the variant in step 4 of the configurator, and each variant shows the corresponding price.
What is the warranty on repairs?
All repairs include a 3-year warranty on replaced parts and labour. Should the replaced part fail within this period, we will repair it at no additional cost.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MB WAY, Multibanco, bank transfer, credit and debit card, and cash payment in-store. Payment is only made after you confirm the repair, never upfront.
Do you have a physical store? Where?
Yes. We have three stores in Portugal: iSell & Repair Torres Vedras (R. Santos Bernardes), iSell & Repair Caldas da Rainha (Av. 1º de Maio) and iSell & Repair Lisboa (Av. Miguel Bombarda). See the “Where to find us” section for the full addresses.
Do you repair equipment outside the manufacturer's warranty period?
Yes. We repair any equipment, whether it's under Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi warranty, or the store where it was purchased. We use quality parts and offer our own 3-year warranty on all repairs.
