At ISELL & REPAIR, we do custom laser engraving in Portugal. We transform iPhones, AirPods, accessories, and personal items into unique pieces — whether for a meaningful gift, corporate merchandise, or brand identity.

How it works

1. Request a quote. Fill out the form below with the product, quantity, and description of what you want to engrave.
2. We respond within 24 business hours with price, lead time, and visual design proof.
3. Approve the mockup. We only proceed after your confirmation.
4. We engrave. Production typically takes between 1 to 5 business days.
5. Delivery. Pick up at one of our stores or we ship nationwide across Portugal.

Frequently asked questions

How much does laser engraving cost?

The price depends on the product, material, engraved area, and quantity. Simple name/initial engraving on an iPhone starts at €15. Volume corporate gifts have unit prices starting from €4. Send the form above for an exact quote.

How long does it take?

Production between 1 to 5 business days after mockup approval. Urgent orders (24–48h) are possible upon request — indicate in the description field.

Can you engrave the case of my existing iPhone?

Yes — we engrave directly on the back of original iPhones, provided the material is compatible (Ceramic Shield, aluminum, titanium). We do not engrave fragile third-party cases or those with painted coatings.

Can I send my own design?

Yes. We accept SVG, PDF, high-resolution PNG (300+ dpi), and AI. After submitting the form, send the file to [email protected] with your name + product.

Do you do engraving for businesses / large quantities?

Yes. For orders above 50 units, we have special prices. We include design assistance if needed. Indicate the quantity in the form for a commercial quote.

Does the engraving have a warranty?

Laser engraving is permanent — it does not fade or wear off with use. The finish is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty of the product itself (iPhone, AirPods, etc.) remains unchanged when the engraving is done correctly on compatible surfaces.

Where can I pick up my order?

At any of the three ISELL & REPAIR stores (Torres Vedras, Lisbon, Caldas da Rainha) or with CTT express shipping throughout mainland Portugal and the islands.
