Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: o Note é agora Ultra - ISELL & REPAIR

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: the Note is now Ultra

It was launched a few days ago and is already a serious contender to replace Samsung's Note range. The South Korean brand's new top-of-the-range model comes with the stylus that has become the Note's trademark. But it has many more new features.

It arrives in stores on February 25th with a starting price of 1279.99 euros. In addition to the SPen, which adds a touch of Note to the Ultra, the new Samsung smartphone has advanced video and night photography capabilities and a long-lasting battery.

The big news about the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

There were rumours and the official launch on February 9th confirmed them: the S22 Ultra combines the features of the S and Note lines, with the integration of the popular SPen into the Galaxy line.

In addition to compatibility and pen integration, it can also be easily ejected. On the other hand, Samsung has invested in improving the accuracy of the pen for drawing or taking notes on the screen. The response time has been accelerated by 70%, meaning the latency has dropped from 9 to 2.8 milliseconds. This allows you to write or draw more naturally on your new smartphone's screen and also explore applications in new ways.

From design to photography, everything is new in this Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22

But it's not just the SPen that's different in the Galaxy Ultra 22. The design has been revamped and conveys Samsung's more premium look and feel. The photographic lenses are perfectly integrated into an elegant, mirrored metal frame with a matte finish. The model will be available in four nature-inspired colours: Phantom Black, Phantom White, Green and the new S22 Ultra Burgundy colour.

Samsung calls it "Nightography" and it's another of this phone's strong points. With the Ultra 22, taking high-quality photos day or night is simple, regardless of lighting conditions. The secret is the combination of the cameras' capabilities with AI-powered software processing. Video stability is another positive aspect, as is the ability to keep up to 10 objects in focus in a video.

Also noteworthy is the Adaptive Pixel technology, which merges 9 pixels into one to ensure maximum detail.

Finally, the South Korean brand has invested in optimizing the battery, with a capacity of 5000 mAh, ensuring that the S22 Ultra can be used intensively for more than a day. Samsung wants the model to make workdays more productive: in addition to a long-lasting battery, it also has the latest 4nm processor and Wi-FI i6E.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra arrives on the Portuguese market from February 25th. The price starts at 1279.99 euros, but the version with 512GB of storage costs 1479 euros.
